Dr. Matthew Lieto

Matt Lieto

After growing up in West Michigan, Dr. Lieto attended undergrad at Michigan State University. After completing his tenure at MSU, he continued on to dental school at Case Western School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completion of his doctorate, Dr. Lieto returned to Grand Rapids and joined Dr. Weny's team in July of 2010. After a period of associateship with Dr. Bruce Weny, he became owner of the practice in January of 2012.

Dr. Lieto is proud to be a member in good standing of several professional organizations: The American Dental Association, The Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He is the co-chair of the West Michigan New Dentist Forum and very involved in organized dentistry. Membership in these organizations is imperative for keeping abreast of the latest developments in all phases of dentistry.

Dr. Lieto's primary goal is to ease the fear and trepidation that are historically associated with dental visits by promoting an honest, friendly, patient-focused atmosphere. He spends numerous hours in continuing education courses to stay apprised of the most current aspects of dental technology including invisalign (invisible braces) certification and implant dentistry. When he is not at the office he enjoys a variety of activities. He enjoys travel, skiing, golf, cooking, and attending MSU sporting events.

Dr. Bruce Weny

Bruce Weny

Dr. Weny is a graduate of the University of Michigan. After completing his doctorate of Dental Surgery, he served two years in the Navy, one year aboard ship, one year in the Naval Academy at Annapolis, and then 20 years in the naval reserves serving with both the Navy and Marines. Dr. Weny has been practicing exceptional dentistry in the Grand Rapids area since 1975. He is an active member in the West Michigan District Dental Society where he has held several positions. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Weny enjoys volunteering his time at H.I.S., Health Intervention Services. He is also active in his church serving in both liturgy and education all the while being a member of the choir. Dr. Weny and his wife, Mary Jo, have one son. In his spare time, you can find him with his family boating, gardening or traveling.

Koreen Herblet
Office Manager

Koreen

Koreen has been in the healthcare field since 1984. She is dedicated to serving and teaching awareness for overall health and body wellness. Her career in dentistry began in 1992. She has achieved multiple positions throughout her years from receptionist, to dental assistant, to office manager. She is now proud to be with Heritage Hill Dental as their Office Manager. She will strive hard to handle all your insurance needs and financial concerns quickly and accurately. Outside her personal life she has 2 wonderful daughters, and 2 Cairn Terriers that keep her active. She enjoys many hobbies and maintains a busy lifestyle to support a healthy life.

Stephanie Rentz
Office Administrator

Stephanie started her dental career in 2012 in Rockford and has recently transferred to Heritage Hill Dental as the office administrator. She enjoys her position and strives to provide patients with superior service. She is compassionate to other's needs and her attention to detail allows her to give quality care. Stephanie and her husband have two daughters who they love to pamper. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her friends, family, pets and attends Ada Bible Church. She is also a die-hard Detroit Lions fan and never misses a game.

Karrie Brown
Administrative Assistant

Karrie has an Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology from Davenport University and is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She worked for over five years in direct patient care but has changed her focus to administrative health. Karrie strives to provide great patient care by ensuring accuracy in the information needed for clinical treatment. When not at work, Karrie is very active in her community. She is the president of Sparta Youth Football League and the Vice President of the Congregational Council at Peace Lutheran Church in Sparta. Karrie is married and has three children who are involved in many sports and community drama which keep her and her husband very busy.

Cheryl Bentley
Dental Hygienist

Cheryl

Cheryl is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College. She is licensed by the State of Michigan in dental hygiene, including certification in the administration of nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Continuing education is important to all of us at Heritage Hill Dental. We take pride in our commitment to provide our family of patient's excellent dental care. Cheryl is involved in her professional organization, Grand Rapids Dental Hygienists' Society on the local level and is the current president of the Michigan Dental Hygienist Association on the state level. Dental hygiene is her passion. Personally, Cheryl is married and has two adult children and was recently blessed with the birth of her granddaughter Adelaide. She enjoys travel, cooking, dance, and reading.

Traci Beals
Dental Hygienist

Traci

Traci is a 1986 graduate of Ferris State University with an associate's degree in Allied Science. She also holds a certification in administration and monitoring of Nitrous Oxide & Oxygen Sedation from Grand Rapids Community College. Traci has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 23 years, the last 19 with Dr. Weny. Traci is married and a mother to three beautiful daughters. She stays active in her church, children's activities and her professional dental hygiene association. Traci enjoys connecting with her patients and helping them achieve healthy smiles that can last a lifetime.

Kelsey Meeusen
Dental Hygienist

Kelsey

Kelsey is a graduate of Ferris State University's dental hygiene program. She is licensed in the State of Michigan to practice dental hygiene, as well as administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Kelsey is in good standing with the National Dental Hygiene Professional Association. She enjoys educating her patients on oral health and how it relates to their overall health. While not working, Kelsey can be found outside with her husband on the lake, snowboarding, or up at their family cottage.

Samantha Gemmen

Sam began her dental career in 2012 as a certified dental assistant and it quickly became her passion. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel at ease in the dental chair. One of the enticing aspects of dentistry that she loves is the ever expanding use of technology. She graduated from Hudsonville High School and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. On her days off, you can find Sam outside with activities such as boating, fishing, and spending time in the sun at her grandparent's cottage.

Jessica Schneider

Jessi graduated from Olympia Career Training Institute in October 2010. She is passionate about dentistry and educating her patients regarding their treatment needs. Jessi is married to a loving husband with whom she has 2 wonderful daughters. Being a mother gives Jessi a natural, caring touch with all patients, but especially children who feel relaxed and comfortable while they are under her care. When Jessi is not at work, she is with her family enjoying the outdoors. They spend many weekends up north at her family's cottage on the lake.
