OFFICE POLICY

Our team at Heritage Hill Dental would like to invite you to our dental family. Our commitment to continuous education and innovative dental technologies allow us to provide services that make our patients proud. We accept these credit cards; Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Your first appointment will include a diagnostic exam and X-Rays, we will then determine what type of dental cleaning would be best for you. If possible, we will begin your hygiene cleaning. We will also take time to consult with you and your family regarding any future treatment that may need to be completed. In this consultation, we will provide an estimate of any out of pocket costs that may be expected.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to reschedule the appointment at a more convenient time, if necessary.

Financial Options

Taking care of you and your family is our highest priority. When it comes to talking about finances, our goal is to provide you with clear information regarding our dental fees, payment options, and your insurance benefits. Before treatment begins, we will provide you with an estimate of the total fees expected. Please understand that this is only an estimate. Treatment can change for a variety of unforeseen reasons. Whenever poosible, we will inform you of any treatment changes that will affect your financial estimate.

We participate with certain policies of Delta Dental Premier, United Concordia, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Traditional.

CareCredit is a Dental/Medical credit card that can be used to pay your complete balance. Upon approval, you may use your card and begin making monthly payments to them with little to no interest.
